Interview steps
Before interview:
1: determine one topic
2: Write down the questions about the topic (different angle)
3: choose the group of interviewee
4: determine the place for interview
5: prepare: print outline for the interview and the list of questions, necessary tools such as recorder,   dress decently, have some understanding on interview-related topics and people
During the interview:
1: go to the right place and choose the persons who are free to have an interview
2: explain our purpose clear and how long maybe we will cost, and ask them whether they have time and mind recording the interview.
3: pay attention the interviewee’s emotion, avoid the embarrassing topics

4: good communication

5: Write down their answer and the key points
6: Flexible adjustments if we face in a deadlock
7: Thanks the people sincerely who provide help
After the interview:
1: organize and analyze the dates
2: collect other necessary information
3: draw the conclusion
4: Using tools such as the chart render your results clear
5: write down the interview experience
 6: summarize the experience to where could be better
7: post the result and report on the blog
 
interview process
            I can have an interview when I have an interested topic because i can get more detailed information if i interview a person who knows this topic much, or i just want to collect data from the interviwees.Before a interview, we need to prepare well. Collect the data about the topic, and list the questions that you want to ask. and prepare the tools that help your interview going successfully.And when we are interviewing, there are many skills to achieve your goal. You have to pay attention whether the interviwee is happy to be interviewing. we need to be skilling at adjust the situation. After the interview, we have to organize the data, and draw our conclusion. Having a interview is a exercise thing that can help you to improve the ability to prepare and achieve a thing. And improve the skill to adapt ourselve to changing circumstances and communicate with others.
